A plain-language summary of what RetailAI Manager does with your business data. Last updated 30 October 2026.
RetailAI Manager stores the business records you and your team enter: your business profile, products and stock levels, sales and order lines, suppliers and purchase orders, customers, and the recommendations and notifications the app generates from them.
We do not collect data from your device beyond what keeps you signed in. There is no advertising tracking in the app.
Every record exists to produce something you asked for: a sales figure, a margin, a reorder suggestion, a profitability report, or an answer from your AI Manager. Data is used to run the app for your business, not sold or shared for advertising.
When you ask your AI Manager a question, a summary of your business data is sent to the AI model that generates the answer. That summary covers sales totals, product names and categories, prices, costs, margins, stock levels, sales velocity, slow movers and your supplier count, together with the question you typed.
Your customer list and customer contact details are not included in that summary.
Your business data is stored in this app's database on Base44, the platform that hosts RetailAI Manager.
If you connect a Shopify store, the app receives read-only access to that store's products, orders, customers and inventory. Disconnecting revokes the access token and deletes the stored connection details; records you have entered in RetailAI Manager stay as they are.
The Privacy Center lets you download a copy of your business records, review which services are connected, and go to full account deletion. You can also delete individual records — a product, a supplier, a purchase order — directly in the app.
Deleting your account removes this business's products, sales and order lines, suppliers, purchase orders, notifications and AI recommendations, along with the business record itself, and signs you out. It cannot be undone.
If you need something these controls do not cover, raise it with the person who set up your RetailAI Manager account, or with the business you work for that uses it.
